We are a young and enthusiastic team, building an international programming school

We are looking for a Danish speaking Customer Support Agent to help our students as part of our support team.
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll:
- answer emails and chat messages from our students
- use our detailed guidelines and templates to answer messages
- communicate in English with your teammates (mostly in written form)

Apply if you:
- have an excellent command of the Danish language
- speak English well enough that you can work in our international team
- can check in at least once in every 24 hours to handle new messages from the students
- are patient, calm, and like to work with customers (even when they are stressed or difficult)

It's a plus if you have previous experience with customer support and know the following software: Freshdesk, Slack, Trello.

You can do your job remotely, there are no fixed working hours. We only expect you to check-in at least once every 24 hours.

We welcome candidates who have full-time work and would like to utilize this opportunity to help bring in some extra money or experience! :). There is a possibility to work more hours as campaigns progress.
