Optimize and Debug Wordpress Multisite

We have a sophisticated multisite with 100 plugins that we are launching and need an ongoing problem solver to help us:

First
1. Debug any plugin conflicts and help solve any issue
2. Optimize the speed of the site, database, etc...
3. Be available to answer questions from us in a timely manner
4. Help us get to launch as quickly as possible

Second
3. Use WP Hide or comparable to secure and hide the site as a WP site.
4. Make sure the Multisite plugins WP Ultimo and others work efficiently to Create, Assign Licenses, removes warning messages and automate everything so a new Multisite is customer ready without developer interaction.
5. Continuing support of the site

The plugins currently in use are:

Admin Menu Editor Pro
AffiliateWP
AMP
BLITZ
BuddyBoss (BuddyPress)
Elementor Pro
Gravity Forms
Groundhogg (core function of the site)
LearnDash
VideoPro theme and plugins
WP Fusion
WP Ultimo
WP Video Robot (core function)
WPBakery Page Builder (comes with the theme)
WP Ultimo
Along with add-ons and a few smaller plugins
A Custom Plugin - Extends the use of AffiliateWP's Affiliate Info add-on

We are currently customizing WP Ultimo for extra restrictions per plan.

We have issues come up daily, and we need an expert who can quickly assess and fix the issues to help us get ready for soft-launch.

This is currently a part-time gig, and as we grow could become full-time for the right person.
